YES it's true but Tomas has the power not to collect taxes sa kalouy na lang unta sa mga pasyente ug students. Ug ngano karon pa man sya naningil? makaduda ang motive.

I think you have a personal issues with the CITOM you better approach them and make a formal complain. If you want to teach lessons to illegal parking, just hold the car for a month. make owner clean the city garage. denying the use of the car is punishment enough. wala money involve. then nobody can say mayor is having a cut.
