Michael Rama and Margot Osmena will be running Mayor and Vice sa Cebu City I think. And look how tomas has done to Cebu City.

Aside from unreasonable towing sa motors and cars, these are his accomplishments sa cebu city as Mayor.

Let's just say the reclamation of the area where the SRP stands cost more than a Billion Dollars, now that a great debt. The City was already investing on something. Now the cycle is, you invest, you get profit, now how much income could parcel of the SRP alone generate? 10k for every small parcel. How many bigtime developers already proposed their plans to the City Hall? Filinvest, SM Prime and Bigfoot Entertainment. Sure those generated income can pay all of Cebu CIty's debts and even give us so much profit.........

That is a projection, and time is Gold. And SRP is running out of time, and we are still paying the debts and interest. We invest to gain but do you also know that before investing it has to be carefully analyzed(consider such factors as depreciation, market trends, political climate, time and etc..etc) else it will be a great loss. How many are willing to pay or buy lots from SRP? can it gain income to the City? or at least break even? Given that time is the biggest factor, how long will it take before lots in SRP will be sold cheaper just to dispose it? or Investors will now ask for low prices because they know that those lots are sitting ducks and paying interest. Now, where is our financial analyst Mayor? Busy Towing the street motors and cars? hell, even on holidays Nov 1 and 2 cars were towed at the side of Queen City memorial Garden. Where is the humanitarian reasons for that?

so we need officials na maka continue ana na so called projection, naa na baya nang utang, obligado na mubayad an city ana. so if ang sunod na mga officials di maka develop ana SRP, way income an city pero continue an bayad sa utang.. faet ayu... hehe

1. Bigfoot - humana ila building and for expansion
2. Filinvest - gasugod na ug bayad
3. SM - maghimo ug same like Mall of Asia, hotel, school and hospital bayad na sila within a month
4. Korean Company - Magtukod ug hotel, closed nego within a year.

Just because nahalin na bro it doesn't mean ginansya na ang Cebu, remember those buyers are not paying the 100% price. Down payment pa lang na. Unya how many years pa mahoman ang SM, filinvest and etc..etc.? igo ra nga dako na ang interest or sige pa bayad sa interest. Do the Math.
