OT: i usually buy 1 pack of Hany milk chocolate, it has 24 pcs choco bars in it and i can consume all of it in 1 day..
as for the bread, i can eat 10 pcs of elorde/monay in the morning and 10 pcs at night paired with an Eden cheese (katong gamay, di 2ng kinarton), one in the morning and one at night - this I do 5 times a week.. yeah, ing ana ko ka hingaon pro ning lose kog weight by avoiding rice and eating those kind of stuff.
OnT: for me, di makatambok ang skyflakes.. pero i agree with tonioyantao it is how much of it you eat.
pag daghan kaayo imo i consume surely maka tambok jud ang skyflakes..better change it to soda crackers lang kung nag diet ka...less sugar and less salt na..
kung mu kaon ka daghan skyflakes na gipahiran ug peanut butter... makatambok gyud.
