depends how much you eat it.
if you eat 30 crackers a day and nothing else your fine you'll loose weight kay it's only less than 1800 calories
but if you eat that much and eat other kinds of food hehehe then your screwed.

eating a fair amount of these foods wont really affect your diet
around 30 grams of chocolate is ok but eating 200 grams of chocolate in a single day isnt.
how much bread? and what kind?
if your eating 3 slices of bread is ok but eating a whole loaf isnt. get my drift? hehehe
the funny thing is people diet and try to stay away from rice kay makatambok lagi.
but that is not the case. if you stay away from eating rice and replace that with any starch with the same amount per weight your still stuffing yourself and you would gain more weight in the first place.
do you know that 100 grams of cooked white rice has only 130 calories compared to 100 grams of sliced white bread that has 266 calories?
here's a tip. dont add salt to your food or viand the less salty ang imong sud an the less rice your going to eat. the more un applealing your food is the less you eat and the less you crave.
