let's put it this way:

SYKES: 20-25 calls = 13K
Othre BPOs 20-25 calls = 20k

asa man mo? para nako, kadtong mga nan resign, they just opt for the one giving higher pay and not really escaping work/workload.

But Sykes can give you the most fun environment sa mga cc (in my opinion), and you might not be receiving a big salary, but your getting a lot of benefits which really comes in handy.

that could be a basis for EOC man pud bro...but depende ra pud na sa inyong management....if you're TL will vouch that you can do good, then they might consider....paninguha lang gud bro....
