Hi guys, I'm endorse na sa Aspire... hehehe... Schedule nako this coming tuesday... Gi-grab na jud ni nko kai sayang man sad then there's a big possibility nga makasulod ko sa PS... I don't care about the facilities as long as they have good training, I think it will be worth it man sad... I really want to work sa call center and this is one of my stepping stone para makasulod na jud ko sa industry... hehehe.. Thanks PS...

pano ka na endorse sa aspire??
pag apply nmo na sa aegis pplsupport??
unsa daw ang naa dra, tinuud na wla allowance and all??
about daw sa 4.5k??tanx

I just applied sa Aegis PS but unfortunately wa ko kapasar so they endorse me to Aegis Aspire... they conducted an interview if I will be capable to be trained and let me sign an agreement about the training... They only mention that I will be on a scholarship training. Maybe for those who didn't past the Aspire Assessment will be ask if they really want to be train by Aspire, they need to pay 4.5k. And about the allowance, they haven't mention that to me but even they will not give me an allowance as long as they will train me ok nana.. hehehe... but one of my friends told me that naa jud daw allowance... Maybe this coming friday kai manawag man daw cla para sa ako sched sa training.... heheheh...

ni apply raman ko ug Tech Support... and about the process, daghan nausab... sorry... kato rang daan nga process ako nahibaw an...

Old process:
1. Initial interview
2. Exams (grammar, phone simulation and typing)
3. Pre speech interview
4. Final interview

bago ni nga account kay dli man gud ko familiar sa ilaha mga accounts, ang nahibaw.an lang nko kay tong travel/hospitality ug banking nga accounts...

the aegis aspire training can be availed of in 2 ways..

i forgot the 1st lol

pero the other one is you apply for a job sa PS.. then during the exams.. you did somewhat ok ok lang pero needs work then they endorse you to aspire.. its actually free this way.. you get to meet nice people and the trainers are just hilarious (my brother is a trainer :P) but not being biased.. the facilities in APS are just fine.. the people are great..

oh and i did have friends who went through aspire.. ( i didnt have to lol) anyways yup they did receive allowance and the training helps you a lot when you get hired.. to those who do go through this.i hope you get my brother.. based on feed back he is one of the most favored trainers there :P

what do they usually discuss during the training,most likely language training, personality improvement, etc??

dunno.. wala ko ni agi sa aspire.. ni diretso lang ko ug hire. i just recently resigned for my own personal reasons..

yup2 there are technical accounts but i think puno na tanan.. last i heard the financial accounts are the ones that are mostly hiring

lagi mostly financial accounts, any idea about the nature of the tech accounts??hehhee more on internet, pc troubleshooting
