But I was heavily involved in competitive sports, gusto jud ko mo dako gamay especially when I was competing with older guys, pero wala jud ko modako. Then ni-undang ko duwa kadyot sa sports (kapoyan man ko kay ni-puol man), and years after (after passing the age of maybe 20) ni dako ko. Lingaw lge ni da.. I also have the same problem.. I'm really skinny.. I'm in my twenties na and my weight is only 110 lbs..!!!!!! yet I do lift weights and all, jog and exercise and eat a lot.. pero... murag wla man kaau change except that my muscles seem tighter now and somehow the only thing that got big was my gastrocnemius.. hahahaha...
Still grabe na akong eating habits, I must get myself a lipid panel I think my cholesterol just shot up soooo high.. I can't really suggest the eat thing.. it could be dangerous..
