Home based online jobs: Pros and Cons?

full time Outbound Agent/Appointment Setter and part time tig register og username and password sa websites for blogging and forum commenting.

pros:
1. i can take my break every feeding time skong bb,no need na maghire og yaya
2. no meal and transpo budget kay naa ramn ka sa balay
3. no need to dress up
4. can watch movie,fb,fs or online research
5. tagsa ra mangumusta ang boss coz we jst send 15th and 30th report for the salary.
6. can take nap during break time and flexible ra sad
7. way quality so di mi ma-monitor.
8. way powertripper


cons:
1. no benefits like insurance,leave credits og uban pa
2. 15th salary mupost 19th or 20th pa, while 30th salary pud 5th of the ff. month pa mu post kay dugay kaayo ang online banking sa union bank
3. na delay amo sweldo twice kay ang tig send sa amo sweldo nagka system issue katong naa typhoon sa ilaa and the 2nd time nag out of town cya, wa cya nakainternet. pro ni apologize cya. makakurat lang ang delay kay nagtuo mi nga natiurok na ang among account nya wa lang mi napa hibaw..simbako lang intawn kay namugas raba mi. hehehe
4. di na completo ang sweldo kay minusan man sa paypal transfer fee
5. bayad lang sa internet and kuryente
6. naa jud times nga laay sad cya.


im blessed kay amo boss buotan and convenient kaayo para nko coz i need to stay at home for my 4 month old bb boy.

SAkto jud ka,.. There are times na na bore najud ka especially tulog na tanan tao sa inyong balay then ikaw ray ka tikawtikaw..

4.you're just at home
5.no need to change clothes or go fashionista to showdown

CONS:

1. you pay the bills internet and electricity
2. No benefits (like duh you can apply some of it on your own)
3. salary is once a month (naay uban homebased nga twice, but ang sa amo kay once)
4. 3th month pay bonus is optional ( sa amo gtgaan mi .weee..)

well, kinda the different jd among company from other homebased.

i wont say I HAVE NO BOSS... i even have a TL (team leader)

some says here na deduct sad ila salary sa pag send ug money? really? amo wala... pakapinan pa

there are a lot of type man na job na homebased.. so depende lang jd sa imo gi applyan

anyway, earn? well sa amo company well i earn as much as a call center agent does... wala nga lang mi deductions....

some of us even get to buy a laptop after 2 months of being a trainee.. ingon ana...


june pko mag 1 year.... and as of what i heared depende sad if na improve ka or na higher na imo position you get the salary equivalent to a bank manager... pero ha... still its NO WORK NO PAY.. so hourly rate jd ang basihan... so in other words dpende ra jd nmo kung pla imo gusto ma cobra in a month...


ambot lang sad sa uban... but so far like sa other company... pnka mubo nila i guess was 13K? and highest ive seen is 18K...

people (SOME) look down at you kay HOMEBASED man ka.. not knowing your income.. mao na uban, instead of part time.. mo full time... and sa amo is full time jd ang need..pero again, wa mi nag hiring hap.. reply2x ra jd ko sa thread.... kay the other CON is here, laay!
