yes bro... gamay ra jud og taw dli pa jud samok kay wala man fixers then ako nabantayan na ang chief/head mismo sa office kay mgtan-aw2 sa gawas or mgtambay2 to make sure na walay fixer na mgsamok2...

Unlike sa LTO Mandaue(about a year ago) sau ko didto for the SP, unfortunately naabtan ko 12 noon wala gihapon na-process ako SP ky cge sulod gawas ang mga fixers... then I decided na mouli nalng ky pwerte ka-init nya samok kaau mga fixers cge doul nimo...

ang nakanindot sa LTO talisay ky centralized ila mga Computers, mao dali ra...which means kung unsa ang resulta sa exam, test drive, and evaluation, nakabutang sa ila centralized database which is ang mga tig-process didto at ease ra kaau... im not sure if same thing happen sa uban offices, pero mao na ang ako nahibaw-an based from the LTO staff itself...

mahal ra ang 3k brad.. ayaw tuo anah... nakagasto rako ug 1k+, wai agi2x fixer... bag-ohai rapud nako nakuha akong non-pro... basta pasar lang jud ka sa mga test payts nanah.. kai mahal ang usa ka written exam...

requirments sa SP:

1. birth certificate or any valid ID.
2. Processing Fee - 300+

ang LTO talisay naa dapit Robinsons Supermart kadtong Central Market sauna along highway padong ka south... unahan na gamay sa Tabunok flyover o Mananga Bridge....if mg-commute ka, minglanilla sakyi or Naga na multicab then inform lng sa driver na adto ka manaog...

it takes more or less 1 hour ra ang pg-process sa SP... pero sau2 lng og adto para sure na dali ra ka...

if ugma ka mokuha og SP (Feruary 19,2010), pwd naka mgpa-non-prof inig March 20, 2010...
if ganahan ka diretso Prof it takes 5 months after the date sa imo SP...

mga bro and sis. ask lang ko kung pila jud bayad tanan kung mag pa non-pro license ta...
unsa process ana.. dali raba or dugay....
naa ni offer nako nga 3t daw tanan....

before ka makakuha ug non-professional drivers license molukat usa ka ug student's permit nga good for 6 months. after than makalukat ka na ug driver's license.
