well imo pud nang opinion and as the thread starter, ni ask ko sa mga opinion sa mga taw. thank you sa tanan nga nihatag sa ilang opinion.
but regarding on what you've replied...everyone has the right to undergo judiciary process or procedures (due process), whether rich or poor, accused or caught in the act, government officials or tambay...let's just say you're put in a situation wherein you're accused of a crime, and let's just say that the police have a hard evidence against you...but you know that you really are and truly innocent (you were just frame kunohay butang ta lang)...would you allow that your case will not undergo investigation or due process?!
ani man gud na, there are criminals...but these criminals are still people like us...though most of what they've done kay dili ta maka uyon...but again we all have the right to undergo due process...naa na sa balaod.
ako lang klarohon ha... I'm not siding with the "reds"...ang issue para nako is that the AFP failed to follow orders from the SC which could possibly lead to other failures in our judiciary system...as much as I respect our AFP...there are many possible things that the AFP might be doing underground...like running a "War Economy"...and as honorable as PMA grads...doesn't mean nga all of them are really honorable and can't be paid. I salute the fallen soldiers who had died protecting the democracy, the law, the country, and the people.
