ang basihan gyud sa warranty of 12months is the date of purchased indicated in the receipt.
if wala ang receipt, then in the computer database sa nokia care they use the date shipped/sold to the distributor/dealer and gives 15months warranty based on that date giving the seller 3months time to dispose the unit.
@mokikoy...what papel is that which indicated may30? if thats from the database sa nokia care, it could be gi compute ra na nila to 15months prior. unless naa sila data na sold to who and when which is less likely(grabi ni ka incomplete na database). did you ask when ma expired ang warranty.coz sa database it will state something like this

and this database doesnt prove when the item was purchased by the end user.
receipt ra gyud ang maka prove ana inyong conflict...ang receipt rasad maka pa extend sa end of warranty thats in the database...mao man gyud unta na ang basihan...importante kaayo recibo...KEEP YOUR RECEIPT next time
a few facts. mga FYI lang ni. not exactly relevant to your conflict. but just want to share. something we take for granted but we should be grateful for...
1)officially the warranty is suppose to be for the ORIGINAL owner only. its none transferable. but nokia care is lenient in this regard. pasalamat na mo ana ron. (this is in their book before...naka basa gyud ko ani. i dont know if they change policy na or what)
2)no official receipt= no proof of purchase= no proof of ownership= no proof of warranty = no warranty. again nokia care is a lot more lenient with this now. pasalamat na mo ana ron.
