*Tried BPI at FGU, they don't accept payments without opening one.

Would love to hear from the peeps who've tried paying directly. Your knowledge would be really appreciated.

Anyways, for anyone who might need this as reference in the future.

I used LandBank (near USC) for the transaction.
No need to open a bank account if you pay through LandBank.

pwede ra dli ka mag open og account. just go tru the mentioned banks. nakasuway na akong ate.

naa ny list of bank branches ang BIR nga mo dawat ug BIR payments. no need to open an account if cash basis only.

basin ang na fill-up ky kato check or to be withdrawn sa bank account. Another possible reason is that you may have been to a bank branch from a different city of where your business address is. If Cebu City ang registered address, then didto ka sa Cebu City. IF Mandaue, mandaue.
