2x lng ko mokaon og rice dn limit to 1 cup lng jd.. (during breakfast and lunch lng)
oatmeal during dinner
- wla inum2x softdrinks
- samot na beer
- dli inum bugnaw tubig
- walay junk foods or any sweets
- wlay kaon2x og karne either manok or baboy

dn above all exercise lng jd.. katry ko nga mag jacket dn jog2x sulod sa kwarto nga sirado... beliv me it's effective.. pwerting daghana singot manggawas...

share lang sad ko, gkan ko 80kg sauna and now 63kg nalang ko, lost some fats and gained some muscles. i thought it took 9 months.. haha 6 years diay to get that transformation.. ok. I don't know why people who are trying to "lose" weight are trying to avoid drinking cold water. >.< Ok. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH COLD WATER. Cold water only makes the fats(saturated fat) solid. It doesnt mean that when its solid in your stomach it wont get digested. It will still get digested! yes! nothing remains in your stomach. it will just take longer than usual.. COLD WATER HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT! It will greatly increase your metabolism.
