You may start asking the Philippine coconut authority. In Cebu though, there is not much producers for coco charcoal. A good place to start your hunt is in Davao area.

Is it charcoal or activated carbon you are looking for? Nihit kaayo supply due to shortage of raw materials for the process (there was a time when coconut trees were chopped down for coco lumber). Coco charcoal suppliers usually sell direct to Davao Central Chemicals or Cenapro.
