Please tabang mga bro.. Wala ayo ang customer service sa globe. Wala sila ka hatag ug solution mo ingon lng nga wala signal pero taas kaau ang signal sa globe mag 3g ug wchda siya naa..


Bad Service ang Globe i recommended to dump the globe tattoo.

possible guba jud imo dongle bro. Try to uninstall and install the software.

nag try ko ug install sa lain pc bro the same gihapon bro? dli sad guba kay mo detect man ang hardware sa pc bro..

dili tnan nga device bro nga ma detect mka ingon ta nga dili guba.

Mmm.....for me sa ako na experience on using tattoo usually if mag ing ana cause kay no signal or wa cya ka detect sa network via wireless. It needs to be authenticated first to ensure connection is okay.

@gennoske: Nope di na guba ang dongle doh...layo lang jud signal niya. If guba pana di na unta na cya mo detect. Some causes like problem sa usb port(s).

Nangita jud ko dri nga taga globe techsupport in network specialist nga mo solve. I buy the item worthy price but the service is not.;

well im still looking for the best solution.

Bro bacin gi block nana sa Globe imo sim bro. Nagsige ka gamit anang libre nga internt using proxy software?

kanus-a na nagsugod bro? ningkalit ra na? akong smartbro ingon ana man pud pero panagsa ra, sa signal na siya bro. bitaw naka experience me sa akong amigo wa gyuy ayo ang support sa globe mga bolok. bag-o ra ningpalit akong amigo pero wa gyud magamit kay way signal sa ilang location, kolongo man sad ning taga globe nangutana akong amigo kung ok ra ba ang signal sa compostela unya ning-ingon sad ang boang-boang "basta naay signal sa cellphone ok ra" ako sad amigo way ert ningpalit pud dayon, ge reklamo namo sa globe gi ingnan lang mi sa mga panuway "ebaligya lang na ug lain sir wa tay mahimo ana kay way signal", nah mao nani ron!.. unlike pagpalit naku sa smartbro, giingnan jud ko sa salesman nga hinay kaayo ang signal sa lilo-an basin magmahay kuno ko, pero karon wako gamahay kay ok na kaayo ang signal hspda na.
