limot pd ko dah unsa 2 nga brand ang nag buhat og casing na wla jd fan... sa PSU ra nga fan ang naa... then iya side kay naa xa heat sink.... sorry limot jd ko sa name of brand and model...

Probably ambient temperature is more of a factor with fan-less design. In terms of GPU's several manufacturers have started using hybrid (large heatsink, cooling pipes and two fan) solutions. Personally speaking, unless I'm working in a (very) air conditioned room I would avoid passive cooling.
