Help re. Vin (vehicle identification number)

Am purchasing a MAF sensor. Purchased one via internet last month for a 4G63 NA DOHC MAF sensor. Part that arrived was six pins and what I have is seven pins. In short, I wasn't able to use it. Dealer was saying that to be sure I get the right part order should be based on VIN.

My chassis number is E33ASNHE-0021 (which is also the serial number) and production number is 184339. Now, which is the VIN?

Car was sold to me 10years ago as a GTI. It had the 4g63 NA DOHC engine. Got the MAF from the US for USD258. Mahal jud ang F+H. Part no. of the MAF is 125922. It fits the air cleaner cannister and is the same as the old MAF. Only difference is iya socket is 6 pins. Wa nako magamit.

How can you tell from the chassis number na MPI? What should it be for the GTI?

Haven't bothered to try sourcing locally. Am currently overseas and easier for me to order online. Car is in Cebu and I tinker on it every time I come home, usually every month. I don't know if they have the sensor sa Gemini Autoparts.

Mao ni naa sa website sa dealer. Problema lang kay they cannot tell me if 6 pins or 7 pins, that's why they are asking for the VIN

I don't know but as per my list shows, MD125922 is for Galant GTI hongkong and some other RHD countries and is compatible in fact with some 1.8L lancer.

Perhaps naa ra jud difference sa atong PHDM GTI compared to that of the other markets.

Am in the process of elimination. Car has very rough idle at RPMs below 2500. At steady acceleration, car jerks. But above 2500, no more problem. Thought it was the ISC but idle remains steady even after I switch on aircon. Have replaced practically almost everything except MAF.

Basin you can consider the MAF later na lang. US pa ka karon?

To isolate the problem and verify kung wala ba jud problem imo servo, you can try blocking it off with a block-off plate. Duha imo ma-isolate with this block off plate, ang servo ug ang imong Idle Air Control Valve (kanang driven by your coolant's temp). But not sure on this kay taas-ubos ang idle RPM nimo if problematic imo IACV pareha sa ako.

Pero kung naka-blocked siya, your idle would go really low kung on imo aircon unless you tapped in a toyota idle-up system sa imo vacuum lines.

Pero you don't need the toyota idle-up for troubleshooting lang.
If naa na ka diri, I can lend you my spare injectors sad para ma-verify nimo or you can have yours cleaned sad.
