suggestion please

going to manila sometime on february with my girl. just a little fun and entertainment and all..
only for a 3 days 2 nights trip. i know it aint much of a trip but we just want to hang out elsewhere other than cebu.

any suggestions to places, spots, entertainment(show, bands, etc) or anything we can do in the city?
and of course not that expensive also.. i have a significant amount for my budget but lets not get carried away right? hehehe..

i hope to hear from anyone..

hhmmmmm enchanted kingdom and manila ocean park?

have not gone to manila, however we are planning to and both places are part of the list. ^_^

first stop, MOA, ur first night didto mo sa pasay adto mo matulog sa SOGO hotel very close sa mrt taft, then take MRT from taft to cubao, didto mo mag stay sa 2nd nite... for ease naa ra diha and mrt and lrt nag duol in case u want to go to Recto via lrt or to edsa-taft area via mrt. enjoy a night of fun sa ZIRKOH araneta or basin naay show sa araneta that tym, best if u can sneak in, shopping mo sa gateway mall....then pila mo didto sa GMA sa Kamuning...walking distance lang from cubao para tan aw mog eat bulaga..hehehehe, after eat bulaga sakay mo mrt from Kamuning to MRT taft, from taft sakay mo taxi to terminal 3-------flight back to cebu na!!!!

There are so many bro which will cater to your likes ... try browsing, "manila tonight", you can have ideas where you and your girlfriend would want to go. As for your lodgings, there are good hotels, 3 stars, in the Malate Area, and they don't cost that much (just be careful always of your belongings though; even in High end hotels, there are "salisi gangs abound" ... unless of course you want something more romantic, like the Manila Hotel, Hyatt and the like .. As for entertainment, don't miss the show, "FLOW", at the PAGCOR Theater near NAIA I. Wednesdays & Fridays, just amazing. The ticket is quite expensive though .. but sulit ang experience!

plan to go to enchanted kingdom but i HEARD ocean park manila is not fully open. how true is that? anyone can verify this?

okay na man ang ocean park .. ang uban nga amenities ra man ang dili pa open, kay under construction pa ang usa ka wing .. ang kabayan is a good location, mahal pero not really good ang rooms nila, very ordinary.
Location wise: duol sa mrt and lrt trains; 1 jeepney ride to MOA; daghang lang ug hold uper ug snatcher kana nga lugar sa pasay rotonda (mao ni ang lugar sa kabayan hotel) mao nga bantay sarado jud sa pitaka, bag o celfons ..
Enchanted Kingdom is good. visit their site para kabalo mo sa location sa ilang shuttle going to sta rosa, laguna.
Enjoy Manila! try unya ug visit ang bonifacio high ug serendra, and rob elbows with some stars, politicians, etc .. out there.

plan pud mi ako bf adto manila.......but sa dapitan mi stay..tag 1,700 ang 24hrz.....nyc pd ang rum.....duol ra pd sa moa and ocean park.............

amo plan adtoan kay ocean park, splash island, ek, moa, ug kadto fun park sa dapitan dapt............

if from dapitan going to bagio pla pd ka hrz ang travel and pla pud kha ma gasto and unxa nyc adtoan didto....we are planning a 5-6days stay in manila.....

better stay in pasay nalang kay accessible sa MRT then duol ra pud sa airport.. duol ra pud ka ug baclaran.. pero if ganahan kag nightlife, naa daghan sa makati..
i heard barato ra daw ang kabayan.. pag last time namo niadto, gidala man mi atong carlton ba to.. tag 2500php per night, standard room with breakfast na.. pero dili man nako feel ang hotel, so pag second night na namo we decided to transfer to another hotel..

try to visit enchanted kingdom. pero layo layo pud siya.. i think kailangan pa ka mag bus padung didto.. naa pud taxi nga moadto nga madala ra nimo ug pakyaw, pero mahal jud siya.. ang MOA duol ra sa pasay, if ganahan ka maglakaw malakaw ra jud nimo.. magtaxi ka dili kaabot 40php imong mabayaran.. ang MOA dapit ra pud sa star city ug sa ocean park.. nice ang ocean park, daghan ka makit.an didto.. sayang wala mi kasakay atong murag hamster ball.. if dili naka ganahan motravel pag layo para maka adto ug amusement park, pwede ra ka sa star city..i would suggest, yaw lang mo sige ug taxi kay grabe kaayo mopatak ilang meter didto.. then traffic pa jud kaayo.. dako dako jud ka magasto if magsige mo taxi..sakay nalang mo MRT or LRT lingaw pa..
