baka sa singapore ni. I have a friend who's been with cvg for years na, 3 na ata, di nga abot 25k sal nya.

no offense ha..but there are agents who were in the company for like 1 year and they are receiving mga 23k na...but there are also agents esp mga non performers who really cant get a raise...cvg gives a raise around 2k raise sa basic mo every quarter if you pass all metrics and no absences...but very mahirap ipasa ang metrics for three months strait noh....as in...

if you think thats a joke, then obviously you havent worked in CVG banawa...lets say ur basic is 17k(mostly basic ni sa mga new)
plus 3500 allowance + sales pay out around 23k (dli pani ang highest ha!) equals? diba mga 40k

duhhh...if u dont believe it, then dont...just wanna help people out para they will know what is in there for them...

wala pa gani na labot sa monthly hi flier nga mga 10k usually and sa quarterly bonus nga around 5k....

that is sd..if you are a performing agent.

ni hawa ko kai kapoyan ko sa account kai dili ko anad ug customer service ug mag hisgot ug bills and charges.. ang ending.. ako gi trabaho karon.. wala ra naka 1/2 ang stress sa sprint account sa cvg

Cvg shudnt advertised that agent will earn 50k when its only in a specific acct. Ive been wd cvg, got blacklisted kasi personal warfare sa hr. I can bluntly say na way ayo mga hr at nt so equal opportunity employer ang cvg. I have a friend na gi.Ingnan na over qualified kuno cya, when it just happen na ex cya nung isang hr assistant jan.
