- Telecast through all TV networks (private or not)
- Simultaneous broadcasting
- Questions should focus on each of the aspiring candidate's political platform
- Candidates should be boxed and should not have access to other interpersonal mediums like his/her lawyer, political advisor, speech advisor or even a friend.
- Random questions for each candidate. Because having one question being answered at the same time will only prepare the later candidates, therefore giving the last candidate an undue advantage and the opportunity to answer it in a prepared manner. Questions should be abrupt and sudden.
