base on my experience mas nindot gyud ang HP. why?

1. quality and performance <---- ok pa man so far
2. service center availability in philiipines <---- mura ubay ubay
3. online customer support through chat <---- very helpful :mrgreen:
4. helpful software diagnostics availability <----- helpful sad

the down side

1. no separate drivers & application programs (for new models) <---- ease on reformatting
2. pour speaker quality (i prefer the old models having round speakers of harman kardon) <---- lata ug tingog
3. volume (hardware & software adjustments) are integrated <----- sucks!

now, i currently own a new dv5000 series. comparing to sony ang problema gyud is service center ana kay wla pa gyud ko kabalo. but comparing this to my previous toshiba laptop in sound quality layo ra gyud kaayo siya. harman kardon sounds very nice even played in slightly high volume.

i agree... i have older dv2000 series, in terms of performance ok ra but comparing it to my toshiba U400 series harman kardon perting laayua ra sa hp labi na sa sound quality...

bahala na unsay ila opinyon sa sony o hp ikaw mn mugamit ikaw man mopalit its your choice i got both sony FS660 and hp dv5000 laptop. sony dedicated to home productivity while hp mostly for business.i like dem both but i like the new toshiba.try lang ug search about toshiba.

for practicality, i'd go to HP. daghan sila unit nga imu mapilian. di sad problema sa technical service

kung pa choi imu tuyo, go for SONY. ambot, ganahan man nang pinoy mutanaw ug mahal nga butang. Sony has better looking laptops pud. but again, depende ra na sa taste nmo.. HP is more inclined to the business-busy-serious look. Performance wise, depende na sa specs bro. pareha ra na cla. Durability and customer support - HP is known to have these both.

more HP laptops pud ang nasa kalibotan karon than SONY.. tenfolds cguro ang gidaghanon thats why if naa ka problema sa imuha laptop na HP, google ra ka, daghan kaau mga forums on HP.. ngita raka.. solve dayon.

another thing, it will have an advantage if imo mga peripherals and eqiupment HP pud just like printers, scanners, etc.. naa cla mga programs that would make it work easier for you if HP imuha gamit.
