agriculture based economy- if people here care to dissect their economics. normally, the economy is broken down into 3 sectors. services, industry, agriculture.

what do you think is the primary mover of the economy of Tarlac. It does not have a major business hub like Manila or Cebu.

i personally do not think that they are poor. majority of them are poor but given the fact their economy is hampered by their geography, you cannot fault them that.

tarlac is an agriculture based economy and in the future, agriculture will regain prominence.

to call them dirt poor is a smack on their decency and reflects poorly on you as an individual.

why call them dirt poor when their labor has provided the country with a large part of our rice produce

I do not somehow find that offensive, it's the fact most of the citizens are dirt poor and i guess you know what is the reasons behind these. It's been since time internal that their agriculture industry is a mess. Now do you think Noynoy and his scions would address this predicament? You gotta be kidding me if your answer is yes. lol....How many chances would the conjuancos(don't know the exact spelling of this damn family name) want to turn this thing around? The simple thing this Congr. NoyNoy Aquino and Congr. Gibo Teodoro is somehow improve the infrastructure that would help the agriculture industry in their district but sadly none.....what more can you expect from this people their are hacienderos..stupid chinese that has a spaniard brain.
