agriculture based economy- if people here care to dissect their economics. normally, the economy is broken down into 3 sectors. services, industry, agriculture.

industry-manufacturing, production.
services-banking, IT etc.
agriculture-do I really need to explain what agriculture is?

what do you think is the primary mover of the economy of Tarlac. It does not have a major business hub like Manila or Cebu.
