Unfortunately duna gihapon mga Cebuanos who are not what we would call intellectual voters. Example is the hakot crowd Noynoy Aquino's party assembles in it's sorties.

. people should be more amused of the fact the Gibo and his mom have been serving tarlac as congressman much much longer than noynoy. irrefutable fact.

Tarlac, it is still an agriculture based economy being exploited by the landed elite like Gibo, his mother, uncle etc.

Noynoy? earns practically nothing from his 4% share in luisita.

tarlac is a landlocked province which impairs economic growth.
