have you tried checking kung ang imo hardisk naa na physical defect. normally mga harddisk manufacturer like seagate naa diagnostic tool nga downloadable sa ilaha website to check kung naa na damage imo harddrive. i suggest imo sa check basin imo problema tungud sa harddrive defect.
