Technical Support has a better salary than pure CSR (customer support) but sales representative, mas dako pud xa sa technical but it depends sa imo performance. Some of the companies really do give better compensation to sales representatives. Xlibris is one of them.... Kung mag-technical ka, according to feedbacks of my technical support friends in call center, lingaw xa kay dghan pud ka makat-unan and mas challenging daw keysa CSR... It really depends on you if unsa imo pilion.. kung asa ka mas comfortable and happy.. anyway, if you really love working in such field, you will never find it boring...

You can have more beneficiaries if you're a sales CCR, mostly when you sold a lot of products
TSR's just waits for kudos calls.

TSR's queues a lot of irate callers. because most of the customer calls expecting to have their problem solved.
in the end their are some issue cannot be fixed due to technical errors. customer gone berserk.
Poor TSR's shields of the company.
