A little of everything you mentioned sis There used to be two types of accounts here in Calltek - Customer Service and Technical Support. Last year lang nawala ang CS though until now we continue to be the best Call Center company when it comes to Technical Support. By technical, I mean software, hardware and networking. Sa C9, I cannot disclose kung unsa jud bahin ang mga accounts pero dili ka mag nosebleed kay ok ra kaayo nga pagka technical. Nursing student ko and wala ko nag expect makakat-on ra diay kog mga techy stuff. Lingaw kaau!!

so far, nice pud and approach sa calltek people when I applied there (although wala ko madawat) people and environment are good... nice lang pud xa... I was hoping ganeh nah here ko makasulod but then, as usual, sangit sa educational background...
