@crip: Once you enter our world, you would experience the following:
1) Lunch breaks spent researching and drooling over expensive gears wishing you have them NOW!
2) Finding ways to save your money to buy said gears. Say goodbye to delicious food, hygiene, barkada, ...
3) When asleep, dreaming of same gears and when you wake up, mamalikas ka kay wala di-ay ka gears.
4) You would be thinking of robbing a bank for an exact amount, "Give me 71,070 pesos!"
5) And what's worst is after you get your dream gear, you want more and you go back to #1.
Mwa ha ha ha! It's not too late to turn back.

And oh, another symptom aside from GAS is GBS syndrome. Gear Buy n Sell syndrome. Rich photogs buy expensive lenses, test them out and find out they're not for them, and they sell them at very low prices. These rich photographers usually sell such lenses in less than a year, some even just within weeks or months of use. Of course, the sickness is not limited to richies, us poor blokes also have GBS Syndrome but instead of expensive lenses, mga chipipay lang. Kit lens, Sigma 70-300, Tamrons ang Sigs, sometimes Tokis.
