or check out the buy and sell section for 2nd hand dslr units. At 15 to 22k budget, I don't know if you can buy a brand new dslr here in Cebu.

And since you call this, VICE, I suggest you increase your budget to at least 50k to get a good start.

sakto ilang advice. If you want to get in this kind of VICE. Then better have a higher budget para swak na swak. There's no turning back baya since you will have the G.A.S syndrome ani. Be sure to rethink also if you want to get in this kind of vice coz you might regret on the later part. Especially sakit kau ni sa bulsa and you will surely know how to do abstinence ani. like what dlanyer said :skyflakes jud"
