actually if you try to look at it yesterday... daghan adto sa nagtake ug photos are not registered. ive seen alot of people taking pictures with pns and they are not registered. daghan pud nagyawyaw nga photogs kai focus na kaayo nya mkalit lang ug duol ang spectator to pose with the dancers...
i think that should be addressed first before they can think of fielding the photogs to the grandstand only.

kung gusto nila ma control ang event,dapat stricto gyud sila. dili lang kay abi naka dslr kay pasudlon ra nila...
naay daghan uban wala nagregister nga nisulod oi.. i guess mas outnumbered pa gani ang katong mga nakaregister kesa mga wala ni register..

didto mi ni dj_dark gahapon sa Sinulog office to get his sinulog t-shirt tiaw mo nang giingnan lang siya og first come, first serve ang t-shirt... pag xure oi, we paid for it (or apil na siya sa atong gibayaran sa atong I.D.) unya first come, first serve?... to think naa sige pamadlong didto nga katong mistisahon sa mga photogs nga wala mag sinulog shirt kay required gyud kuno... unya wa gyud kabadlong sa mga foreigners nga wala nag shirt... i think kinahanglan gyud nila e refund katong wala kakuha sa mga sinulog t-shirt...
