Quite mind boggling though, but as a friend, I think it was best to confront him as to the real score... There's no point na you'll get mad at him just because of that.. maybe at some point he really likes you but then along the road he met someone new or basin the word "dentist" has a hidden meaning behind it..

You'll never know unless you confront him head on... Presumptions sometimes ruin a good relationship and not a good one...

Better hear it straight from him..=)

Just my two cents...

I'm on my way on processing what really occured, It's good to entertain thoughts that maybe he did liked me but feelings are fleeting and i belong to that group. There was no hidden meaning sa dentist she did exist. I'm not mad at him now, i guess i'm just a little disappointed on both of us.

And to confrontation, i'm still gathering courage to do that. Although at some point like last week he did admit on having a crush on me but he has no plan on pursuing a relationship - at least i know where I stand.

But thank you for this it's an added insight.

Here’s the situation: Mr. X is my friend and we’ve been really good friends for pila na ka years, He’s sweet to me (sometimes) and even sending me hints here and there but i just shrugged it knowing nga basig wa ra siya lingaw usahay or mo-gawas iyang pag ka “player”. So we went on as friends..tambay here..tambay there..Like almost every day. Then I went to Manila for work. I was assigned there for three weeks. And one night, we got to chat..and here’s our conversation...

Daghan og BLAHs afterwards but after we talked, I’m beginning to like him. And the fact nga I’ve known him like FOREVER. So, na busy ko mga 4 straight days and I was still in Manila but mu-look forward nako inig online nako coz I missed him and I want to talk to him again.
Then, pag online na nako...I was still on Invisible mode. I saw his status it said:

MR. X: I MISS YOU MY BEAUTIFUL, SEXY DENTIST.

And i’m not even a FREAKING DENTIST!!!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!

Gi-sapot jud ko whole day. When i got back to Cebu I never talked to him or even see him for like two weeks kay wa pa na human akong kasakit huhuhuhu

Just incase they slip up. they can get away with it.
But you can not find girls with the same name and the same profession.
This ones a bomber.
