Hello mga pipz,
I just started a gym this month and mag 1 month nako by 1st week sa jan... But ask lang tako sa inyo tips kung unsay maau na diet plan while i'm doing the work out. Gusto lang nako na mo shape lagn ako lawas kay wala paman gud. pero so far oki man ako pag gym. I just need suggestions lang sa inyo regarding the diet plan kay medyo dako2x naman pud ako tummy gud. hehe. bilbilon pa heheh.. kay dali raman modako ako tiyan samot na mahinayak sahay ug kaon ug tagay usahay.. heheh.. pero nag control gud ko..
