for me, there's nothing wrong with fanboism as long as you dont bash other people into joining your camp or discriminating their decisions. its just like eating in a restaurant, kung naka uyon ka sa ilang service, magbalik-balik jud ka. ang stereotype sa fanboism is that they're like uber jesus-freaks who goes house to house to preach even if you are not interested and everything you do is a mistake unless you agree and join with them.

No one is forcing you to buy ati cards, its just the current news, if you have the patience to wait for months then do so! but don't wait so long for something, ma dissapointed ka.

It's like people buying ATI Cards @ December, who are enjoying their video cards right now, compared to the people not buying and waiting for the new NVIDIA cards, expecting to come this January? but end up waiting even more. Suffering and waiting for your next upgrade in x-mas.

It's rather funny how people assume i am an ati fan, yet they don't even know i have more nvidia cards then ati cards in my house, office, cafe lol.

When fermi comes out, i am going to check reviews, if its good then i will buy it. Simple!

If only people knew how to love both brands.
Currently nvidia is not doing very well, if they keep doing this, more people will go for ATI, that's a fact.

It's very common to see many trolls, flames in other forums especially ATI FANS VS NVIDIA FANS.
An easy example:

Person A: Buys 5870 ATI Card, claims its faster then gtx 285
Person B: PROOF ??
Person A: links many review site with 5870 vs gtx 285.
Person B: LOL ati sucks, you should have waited for fermi it will be 432432% better.
Person A: can you prove to me fermi is better then ? and do you have the actual card?
Person B: noob i don't need to give you proof you can find yourself.
Person A: ... ??
