winner of America's Got Talent is a country singer. Weird but it's nice. And this guy is not just a country singer in a way Taylor Swift is one but really he channels the spirit of Keith Whitley and Vern Gosdin. Real heartfelt traditional country untouched by commercialism. I hope his album next year will remain true to his sound when he was in an indie country band SKinner and Friends and not be just another junk from the Nashville hit machine.
