you misunderstand my posts.. so sad.. I am not irritated by others helping our country, but most people who try to help our country is just out to exploit it for their own ulterior motives in the end.. and I do not have such a low opinion of the Philippines, why would I decide to become a teacher if I had such low opinion.. unlike you, I don't rely on riches or wealth or fame to help our country.. I use what I have to the best of my ability.. I am the one in the background just silently helping while all the others are politically bickering who's fault it is or whose plan we should follow.. and certainly not using religion to draw me some so-called "followers"..
I can understand though where you are coming from. To think that a man can come from a country where a minimum wage of $7.25 a hour, thinks it is right to hire a maid, gardener, driver, etc. and work them 12 hours a day - six days a week for a month and only pay them 1,500 pesos a month. Criminal. Or a company an American and a Filipino for the same job description and pay them two different pay scales. A man shovels sand into bags then carries them 3 floors to build a house, work 14 hours and only get paid 250 pesos. It is pure exploitation.

Most foreigners just want to come here be served like kings, and chase little girls too young to understand what they are truly offering, 60 and 70 years old dirty old men trying to score with 18 year old girls. Tell you the truth it pisses me off too. I am a member of a Cebu expat forum site, that I have gotten in trouble over such comments to members. Teaching is one of the most honorable of professions. I hope you choose to teach here, because you will directly impact thousands of young minds and help prepare them for the real world. A good teacher can affect his society for generations. but as to the farming, the Philippines been into organics and traditional farming from the very start.. I just attended a seminar a couple of months ago, and I was surprised they mentioned biogas as an alternative free energy source when we had that in the Philippines 20 years ago..

They have become so dependent on commercial fertilizers, and this only makes money for the suppliers. Braking this dependence saves the farmer money and produces healthier food crops. And introduction of effective crop rotations to revitalize tired or depleted soils. Most useful is what is called in the US as "Square Foot Gardens" which is not only rural farm complaint but also for urban city, patio, roof top, and handicap accessible raised gardens. The highest yield production of crop diversity and crop yield per square meter, this gives families more diversity and healthier foods in their diets, and allows for more income. God cannot exist. Anything that enters our dimension would be considered natural. Whatever supernatural science may find in the future, would then be considered natural. Even if God and the Devil were to appear and stand side by side, we will never truly know which one is the one true god. One may have horns but the other may be fooling us with its grandeur. Our perception of what looks evil now, is only our perception, human perception. These beings would be far too intelligent than any of us to understand. That said,we can never really know them. They can claim who is good and who is evil all they want, but we will never truly know. For now, we can safely assume, in a manner of practical knowledge that god does not exist. You can have all the faith you want to get you through the day, but i know before you cross the streets you look both ways. If god can be proven with evidence, atheists will never deny his existence, however, we would think twice of worshiping him/her/they/it. because a god who demands to worshiped does not deserve it. In the same sense that a man who demands respect, does not deserve respect. No man can fully and truly love something he fears. One might conclude, that a believer does not really believe in God, he only believes in the belief in God.

It is normal to doubt, and there are so many who will use slick wording and trick arguments to try to get you to leave your faith. They act like they have proof of no God, but they have no proof. Keep your eyes on the big picture and listen to your heart. God is real, they are the illusion and the lie. That is why all they have hateful comments and insults. I can accept that I believe in the belief of God. No man can ever say there is proof in the non existence of God. That is beyond science to determine. If God created the laws of nature, there is no magic formula that determines that he himself is bound by those law. The Science is built on many theories that are purely speculative and have no measurable evidence and can only be held in faith by science. Multiple dimensions, String Theory, 1/2 or all Evolution and Darwinian Theories, Black Holes, Dark Matter and Dark Energy. Some Einstein and Hawking theories needed revision are now in doubt, even Newton's Law of Gravity required revisions when applied to galaxies. Science is always in a state of influx and revision.

Religions, nonbelievers, and Atheist each must base their beliefs on their own personal faith. And faith in their separate beliefs is all each have in the end. Science can not disprove or prove God. That is just the hard fact. It is either Yes-No, White-black, and there is no gray area. That is like saying you have a 50/50% chance to live, that is a fallacy; because you will be actually either be 100% alive or 100% dead.

ah, but the problem is Science itself, physics et al, are dependent on a few things which in itself cannot prove. that is belief!

Science had never proven or unproven the existence of God...and there may be a lot of theories (w/c as we all know are just Educated Guess) but there are no absolute Laws...about the origin or man, of abiogenesis or evolution...scientists just assume but had never really been so sure of the answer...

..i guess human beings as we are, we still are limited no matter how intelligent we may be.. ingon pa sa Harry Potter, Brilliant but limited...
