Then again, there are also people who are not callcenter employees who speak English anywhere. Some people grew up with English as the main language in their house. Take me for instance. My parents only let me watch English shows while I was growing up. I learned Bisaya only in highschool. You can imagine the challenge I had with Filipino subjects. hehehe Don't get me wrong now, I love being a Pinoy but I just speak English more.
