    master cleanse. search for it sa internet. it's really for detox, effects lang nya ang weight loss. tried this, in 3 days i lost 10lbs (but thats water weight) but you really have to have a strong will power to last at least the minimum 10 days.

    asa ani red? diet ra man ni nako.. basic nako irecommend is to never eat these type of foods again..

    1.) any thing sweet made with refined sugar
    2.) fast food
    3.) fried food
    4.) anything with the word hydrogenated in the ingredients
    5.) "too processed" food.. (try to eat food as close to it's natural state as possible)

    a simple change in diet you can see/feel wonders without the exercise.. human mag exercise pa.. hala a new model is born..

    hmpphhh.... well...id suggest that u try drinking green tea.try the twinnings green tea..u can buy it in tinder box right next to crossroads banilad.im so skinny infact im 21 and my waistline is 23 but if im full its 24..and my height is 5'4.nearly 5'4...i even thought at first that its no longer normal so i had to go and ask my dr.to prescribe me something to fatten me up...and when she started asking me question..she told me to stop drinking green teas coz its the reason why i can never be fatten up.saonz...but i cant quit since ive been a tea drinker since i was young...i was torn between getting fat or pursue drinking tea and i chose the second option.lol.hope this will help ya

    green tea is green tea they same from the tree.. pwede kana dili mahalon.. did2 ko sa machim mart mo palit sa akong tea.. 1.4k ang ilang 1kg.. wa na man ko kahibaw asa mo kuha lain.. either way just drinking will not help.. wai gamit ang green tea if imo kan.on kai isa ka kabayo..

    Unhealthy man na ingon cla. I lost 7kg in a month unhealthy na daw.
