How to reduce at least 15 lbs in 2 weeks

15 lbs in 2 weeks is really no way healthy. set aside all the scientific findings and just try to think about this analogy, how long did it take for you to build up that weight? i bet you didn't bulk up 15 lbs in 2 weeks because that too is unhealthy. so that goes the same in losing such weight. but if you really would push, i guess i'd agree with the suggestion that you should cut your limbs, you'd even lose more than 15 lbs in that way.

naka experament ko noh.. nag eat ko around 60% carbs, 30% protein and 10% fat in a meal.. ma kita gud ang results.. for me... weight loss and stuff.. pero naka try pud ko katong.. more on "fats" ang imong diet.. i did not really lose much weight pero mag measure nako sa akong body fat ni naog gud.. from 26%(january) to may(21%)... now my goal is 13% body fat.. and i'm back to my 60-30-10 diet...

try taking only one full meal at lunchtime and alternate wheat bread and fruits during breakfast and dinner. you would really loose weight but not that drastic change.
