    bro diman cguro gituyo oi basin after nila open na release dayon nila sa inyo naa manjud mga impefections pero as ive said need jud na cla ug receipt bsan asa man guro and if mu ingon ka ug copy sa receipt everyday na namu ipasa sa amu accountant so di sad dayon makakuha ug copy mao btaw mu ingon na sila na if naa prob after dad a lang jud ang receipt kay mao mansad na company rules gud nagsunod rasad cla sad

    It's a very simple policy: No receipt = No warranty.

    Although it is possible to let the shop scan for your duplicate copy & you would not need to pay anything; (heck we even asikaso repaired units that is OUT OF WARRANTY more than 3months na den ni balik "CUZ NAA CYA RECEIPT", unsa pa kaha imoha nga 2 days ra) but do note, YOU would have to wait 3 to 7 days for the shop to get a copy of your receipt since everyday there are at least 3 booklets (50 receipts/booklet) that is being submitted to the auditor / accountant of the shop every next day morning. Since you said it was 2 days ago before you came back to the shop then it is only logical that the accountant / auditor has to scan around at least 300 receipts before finding a copy of your receipt. <hasle but needed if must>

    WHY NO RECEIPT = NO WARRANTY
    1. it is already written at the table of the repair shop since LAST YEAR 2008. as a policy
    2. if the technician is caught w/o permission to have accepted your unit w/o a reference # of your CASH RECEIPT & JOB ORDER. they will be questioned and might be sanctioned.
    3. it is common in all shops to have the receipt for the warranty.
    4. it prevents doubt between management & employee.

    OTHER POLICIES:
    1. NEVER ACCEPT A UNIT for repair if the owner of the cellphone DOESN'T TRUST YOU = (PGI technicians), reason: it will only cause trouble & we dont need that kind of sales. translation: (dili mi kailangan sa ila kwarta)
    2. WELCOME irrate customers, it is our challenge to do good and be aware of our mistakes.
    3. BE HONEST, (ayaw gyud alkansiha inyo customers)


    BY THE WAY BAI, why did you not call? the # written on the table w/c read " FOR (CSC) Comments, Suggestions, & Complaints PLS CALL 23102xx & 23102xx or TEXT 09228762xxx THANK YOU VERY MUCH c",? "

    AND also I'm sorry that you had a bad experience in our shop, I'm sure the technicians were just following the rules & regulations. AND w/ the case of the EXECUTOR in your phone, they might have just forgot to erase it after unlock since IT (EXECUTOR) is NEEDED DURING THE UNLOCK PROCESS.

    WLA NA TUYO-A BAI.. kakapoy ra ana mag trabaho og backjob, wala gud ta makuha anang backjob. IT is only additional work for the technicians.

    wa na gituyo ang prob ala xay receipt bisan asa man cguro db? Then saun mansad pagtuyo if pangwarta ila tuyo nga diman cla mu charge if warranty pa ala juy mabayran so mutuyo diay cla ana?

    ang2x namn pd inyo pa bayron f under waranty pa isa pa gyd nka bayad na sa serbisyong palpak o tnuyoan? ngano sa istore mn lge ngpa replace ko sko ipod w/o bringing a receipt ky i lost it & 2 thnk 5 mnths na ako unit ha, ila ramn lge g chck ila system ang barcode sa unit f under waranty pa ba den after dat mi balik ko fr pla ka days got my new unit na. sa inyo wla pa weks nya dli na ninyo ma chck? hahaha
