    It's probably not related to DNS. You mean gi-ilisan nimo imong IP from private to public? Asa nga machine imong gi-ilisan? Machine behind the firewall/router or the router itself?

    i recommend using dns of the ISP ur in due to plans of caching most of the sites for faster internet access, webpage downloading. as of this date only most visited websites gi-cache but in order to save int'l pipe bandwidth usage, mao ng i-cache. as far as i know yahoo, google, facebook are cached...

    Pag maggamit man ka proxy kay magdepende man gud na sa speed sa imong proxy connection.. kung hinay imong proxy piti jud imong connection.. Dli magdepend sa imong ISP ang imong proxy kung di sa server sa proxy..

    Try nalang VPN kaysa proxy, para nako mas pas2x sya..

    Ang DNS kay iya ba iignore ang cache sa website para paspas maka load sa site? mao ba na sya? or unsa?

    it depends bro.....that's why if i notice that a webpage is slow on the dns changes that i made, I resort back to my isp's dns...
