On the right for ALL OS's change these entries: (ALL values are HEXIDECIMAL)

DnsPriority = 1
HostsPriority = 1
LocalPriority = 1
NetbtPriority = 1

To change the value right click on the value and select modify and enter the values above.



- SPEED UP NETWORK BROWSING:

* Open up regedit.
* Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/RemoteComputer/NameSpace.

Delete the key: {D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF}.


-FASTER WEB PAGE LOADING, INCREASE DOWNLOAD & UPLOAD SPEED:

1. Right Click My Computer
2. Click Properties
3. Click the Hardware Tab
4. Open Device Manager
5. Click Ports
6. Open Communication Port
7. Click Ports Settings
8. Adjust 'Bits per second" to maximum which is 128000
9. Set Flow Control to Hardware and Click OK.

PS: Kapag inopen nyo po ang Ports at nakita nyo ang hardware ng modem nyo, ganon din po ang gawin nyo tulad sa Communication Port.

- Click on the "Apply changes" button and reboot

easier way of increasing your bandwidth = contact your ISP and subscribe for a higher bandwidth package.

Sheesh..there is no way of increasing your bandwidth from your PC, this can only be done from the ISP's end...please stop resurrecting old threads.
