unsaon paginstall OS sa pc nga formatted actually, nkainstall ko ambot nainstall ba to nga igo rman niadto sa windows 98 startup menu rman den nka safemode cya, unsa pa ako buhaton para mka dagan na ako pc!!!pls help me ako pc has the following specs
PIII 450 mhz
64mb memory
4.2 harddisk

then ang problema pa jud mo appear na sa ako monitor nga nka dosmode gihapon nga not ready reading drive e which naa dha ako cd-rom..
mga pepz help me beh 3 days na ala na gamit ako pc

Defrag mo pc mo, tapos ulitin mo ung install

just insert your windows 98 CD and reinstall. basin imo gi himo is only "format c: /s" mao na dos mode ra ka. you cant access your CD rom drive in dos mode if you don't have the ATAPI drivers loaded at startup.

best you can do is set your PC to boot first using the CDROM and insert your win98 CDROM and just follow the instructions.

hmmmm.....

in your case...do this steps:


1. Start your computer using Win98 SE BOOT DISK, if you have one if none just insert your Win98 SE CD.
2. In the DOS prompt, format your PC by issuing the command format c: /s
3. After formatting...reboot/restart your PC.
4. During POST, go to the CMOS setting by pressing DEL or DELETE key.
5. Change the boot-up sequence, make sure the CD-ROM will boot-up first, then save and exit CMOS.
6. Before you restart, make sure you have inserted you Win98 SE CD in the CD-ROM.
7. Boot-up Win98 SE CD, then follow the instructions.
8. Install necessary peripheral drivers like sound/video/printer/lan/modem and etc.

Viola! you're done!

1. use ka start up disk(diskette), then format ur hard disk a:\>format c: /s "im not sure sa syntax. /s para m startup na imo drive c:\>"
2. then ma reboot na sya remove the diskette, insert ur cd"installer" then go to
c:\>e: kng wala try mo f: kng d nya ma detect check the cable sa HD mo...
3. kng ma detect na then e:\>cd win98, then setup. wait until finish then reboot
4. after that install are the required drivers...

basin igo ra nimo giformat... insert the windows or unsa na OS cd in your cd drive and boot your PC through your CD rom... diretso na na .. NEXT NEXT na lang ka ana...
