I have suggested to Teacher Karlo about IPC's contest..... like:
*** Having entry photos be printed (8r will do) - each photogs will know the quality of their photos in print. I can let my discount privilege on one photo printer to be used for the printing. I would recommend such since you are a photography club.
*** Having a contest on every month or whatever is agreed. The theme will be decided for the first half of the year so each one can be guided on what to shoot. The printed photos will be judged by credible photographers/artists/whatever that IPC can invite as judges.
*** As the year ends, each member who attends meetings, join contests either winner or loser, they will earn corresponding points which will make them eligible to become as IPC top photog of the Year
