    Questions:

    1. Naka partition na imong HD?
    2. Naka connect ba network WiFi/Lan?
    3. Naa ba lain PC connected to your network?
    4. Mag gamit baka ug external drive?
    5. Gamit baka ug USB Drive?

Ok mao ni, since you are using a genuine OS Installer wala dyud nay virus, probable cause why mo balik ang virus after installing fresh OS, ang cause might be... (based on my questions above)

    1. Ang virus mo balik gikan sa imong partion disk which is infected with dangerous virus.
    2. After installing all drivers for WiFi/Lan mo labang ang virus gikan sa lain PC.

    1. Kung karon naka install na ang OS and you have a External HD. What you need to do is to copy all IMPORTANT files from your HD, para mag FULL format ka sa imong HD.

    2. Installing Fresh OS, this time Remove all removable device like USB Drive/External Drive, Turn off your WiFi Router/Unplug your network cable from the laptop. Para walay lain way maka sulod ang virus.

    3. After installing the OS, and all the drivers you need basta wala lang naka connect ang laptop sa internet, do the step 4.

    4. If you have a USB Drive, find a way to download a trusted antivirus like ANTIVIR like this my trusted lite antivirus. Download AntiVir Personal 9.0.0.418 - FileHippo.com make sure from where you download that antivirus kay wala pud virus ang PC just to make sure what your are storing sa imong USB Drive walay virus and dili pud infectd ang imong antivirus.

    5. Plug that USB and install the Antivirus, after installing the antivirus, now you can connect to internet and update your antivirus. After updating then do the Full Scan for your antivirus.

    6. If your done with full scan then e saksak na ang imong External HD and do full scan.

We will solve the partition if tapos na imong virus problem.

    Good luck!

if you have seagate HDD then you can use seatools and run "zero fill" on your HDD to right zeros. i sometimes use this method to clean up my HDD every 4 months.
