especially if it's from JunRex Ayala!!!
i am an avid customer of JunRex Ayala but sad to say i am very unlucky when i bought a SmartBro prepaid Plug-it on Dec. 4. i did not bother to check what's inside the box since it's my second time buying the product. the shock came when i opened the box at home, it has no SIM!!! astang malasa!!!
the worst thing is when i tried to return the box the next day for a replacement, the folks at JunRex told me that i should call SMART (talk about after sales service). in the end, we convinced them to call SMART themselves but guess what, they will not give me back my money until the matter is resolved. i followed up with them for 1 week but the problem has not been resolved. ambot kung kinsa sala, SMART, JunRex or ilang distributor.
pero ang sure, akong P995 charity na lang ug ang JunRex customer service very disappointing!
