this is a good topic esp it's about health n how to prevent cancer!

as what i have heard from research n studies that all of us have cancer cells..such that it's not active yet!..by being not health conscious n failure to eat right foods..will trigger our cancer cells to be active!..we can't notice it at early stage mostly people will tend to notice it at later stage na..like stage 3 or 4..there's no such thing as stage 5...

so i want to encourage all to be health conscious, eat the right foods..avoid taking much fats..n some foods that can trigger ur cancer cells..also taking food supplements w/c nowadays lahi ang trend..esp high-tech nata..grabi ang pollution..esp n d city..we need to take supplements with high ORAC! that measures the level of anti-oxidants..w/c fight FREE RADICALS that can be take anywhere thru air,water, food...thus prevent our body from getting sick or ill.
