In the Bible, there are little things about homosexuals. Out of 100% writting in the Bible, I think mga 3% ra ang gi discuss about homosexuals.

    Good luck~
Homosexuality may not be directly quoted in the 10 Commandments.
But we have known how God punishes homosexuality.
He burned & deleted in the world map the 2 cities of Sodom & Gomora because of it.
And mind us. There is one particular verse in the Bible that specifically identify homosexuality as a great transgression to God.

We both agree that consent between two adults is required in marriage. But that assumption is precisely what pedophiles contest -- in the same way as homosexuals contest that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. Pedophiles have their own arguments questioning the need for adult consent, just as homosexuals have their arguments questioning the need for a relationship between persons of the opposite ***.

So the logic is the same. If we must accommodate the sexual preference or orientation of homosexuals, then we must accommodate the preference of pedophiles, and of other groups as well.

Logically, once you change marriage to accommodate the sexual orientation of one group, you must do the same for others.

By the way, traditional marriage is NOT based on sexual preference or orientation of heterosexuals. It is based on BIOLOGICAL NECESSITY. Heterosexual relationships are required for mankind to reproduce. It's NOT based on sexual preference or orientation, unlike same-*** marriage.

You make it sound like "consent" is just a minor thing. Without consent it's just rape. As for homosexuals wanting to get married why should it be a big deal? Even if you don't allow them to get married it will not change the fact that homosexuality is real. Will it kill you to see people of the same *** getting married? Will it turn you into a homosexual too if others are? And besides marriage is not a religious matter it is a civil matter. A lot of you will argue that but you don't need the church's permission to get married of course many would prefer to get married in the church but it's not necessary. It's a civil contract.

Wait did you just categorize homosexuality under the same category as paedophilia? Same *** marriage is just the same with heterosexual marriage except that it is between people of the same *** while the rest of the other requirements must be met such as consent and legal age. Whilst in paedophilia it's between a mature person and a kid. How could a kid possibly give consent to such a relationship unless coerced or tricked. Homosexuality is different from paedophilia.

The keyword is "traditional". I'm sorry but that doesn't hold any valid point. Marriage by definition isn't just based on sexual preference or orientation of heterosexuals because if it was then that means it is just the same as an ordinary boyfriend girlfriend relationship.

By the way I'm not defending the homosexual community. I would prefer if people would just stick to their biological nature but if I do that then that's just turning a blind eye from reality and letting ignorance and prejudice get the better of me.[QUOTE=mannyamador;6149166]

I doubt you have read the entire context of sodom and gomora. Gee read first before you comment. Open your book so you can understand. Basin kinahanglan ka translator? E translate sa bisaya para ka intende ka about sodom and gomora hahaha.

What do you mean may not be directly quoted? Gee, understand your English bro kay di ko ka gets. IT WASN'T in the 10 commandments. What in the world you said NOT DIRECTLY QUOTED?

As what you've said, there is only one verse sa Bible. But you have to read thouroughly all the lines so you can understand clearly the context.

Because they are Muslims and they are called anti-CHRIST! Killing is included in the 10 commandments in the Bible. Also MUSLIMS can MARRY up to 10 wives which is very against the BIBLE. Remember that marriage is a civil thing and not a religion thing. That is why it is MORE credible to marry in front of the judge than at CHURCH. Ceremony rites ra man ang church weddings and additional expense!
