wat wil be my monthly salary rate in bahrain if i am a system software developer?
i will be in the it support area. usully working w/ website and standalone-local information mgmt system/ transaction mgmt system.

current exchange rate 1bds=103php.

im earning 25-30k/mos as freelance programmer... btw hav updated from the company that i will be undergo 3mos INTERNSHIP w/ database, networking, webpage and email server training. sal rate at 25k/mos. free board+lodging...

is that 25K in peso? or bahrain dinar? .. if ur bored with ur single and has nothing to do with ur life aside from that freelance thing i guess its worth the adventure 1-2 yrs stay there would be great and u really can keep that 25K because its free ... but u can get 25K or even 50K here in pinas if u really have that skill

I dont demand salary increase, I just wait. My employer just give me increase and it means they care a lot.. And also I dont stop looking for a better employer and try to apply job once a year. I learn something a lot from the interviews.
