P5Q bro I think below 10k and RAM get OCZ 2 X 2GB PC8500 DDR2...I think mga 3-4k pud. sakto sa 10k nimo nga budget.

if you're not going for crossfire (2 ATI video cards) then overkill ra kaayo, for single VC, check out Gigabyte EP45-UDR3

if gigabyte p45 ud3p ok pod
if msi p45 zilent or platinum
mobo mention above all not more than 10k naa ra sa 8k to 9k range
