    i agree to your point but i always have the feeling na matabla ko ani pero gusto lang pud ko mahibalo unsa ako options w/in the bounds of the law. right now, i think mo demand lang gyud ko sa search warrant if that time will indeed come. defer lang sa ko ana konsulta abogado kay so far maayo man pud ang mga views sa mga istoryans so far . thanks!

    i agree bro na padulong ko tabla ani but i wont make it easy for them by demanding a search warrant. im thinking na when they'll first knock on my door wala pa gyud na search warrant hopefully kay wala man sila complete info nako. so, i can buy time to do what u suggested, move the appliance to another place. so, when they next come back w search papers wala na sila makita. mo work kaha ni bro na strategy? right now, mao na na sa ako ulo.

    naa cya gpirmahan from you na ebidensya na iya g.prenda ang item nmu? if naa then d ka dpat mbalaka u cn do anything with the item n cya na managot dd2 sa collector agent..

    peroluoy sd nuon cya.. ang best way kai d nlng jd nmu ihatag ang item n imo pabayaran nya anyway naa mn katibayan na iya g.prenda nmu ang item.. if wala mao na ang lisud

    maayo ana mag heart to heart talk nalng mo sa nag prenda, then pagsabut mo na iya bayaran ang utang niya at same time ingna siya nga willing ka ipa repossess ang item basta promise sad siya nga mobayad siya......para iwas labad sa ulo

    If magpermahay man gani ayaw sugot nga walay witness, dapat didto sa barangay hall aron witness ang capitan nga ni promise siya to pay, otherwise pwede siya pasaka-an ug kaso.
